We were founded in 2015 by professionals who worked at Chile's Competition Tribunal during its first ten years, a period that shaped case law still used as a reference today, both in Chile and the region. Since then, we have expanded our practice into high-complexity litigation and advisory on regulatory analysis and public policy, supporting clients in their most demanding cases. Our team combines analytical rigor with extensive experience in academia, private consulting, and the public sector.
