Experience
Ana María was Head Economist of the Anticartel Unit at Chile's National Economic Prosecutor's Office (FNE) (2012-2015), and an economist at Chile's Competition Tribunal (2009-2010).
She is currently Assistant Professor at the School of Government of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Academic Director of its Master's in Economics and Public Policy. She was a researcher at the Millennium Institute for Market Imperfections and Public Policy (MIPP), Department of Industrial Engineering, Universidad de Chile (2015).
She has been recognized among the Future Leaders in Economics (2019) and as a leading Competition Economist (2018) by Who's Who Legal. She was also named one of Chile's 100 Women Leaders (2021), a distinction awarded by El Mercurio together with Mujeres Empresarias.
